State of the Union 

I go to sleep saddened. There’s no official pronouncement yet, but all signs are pointing to a Trump presidency. 

And what of the state of our population to elect this madman? And what of the explanations we should give to our children? And why a man who so often spews hate from his mouth earned the right to be our fearless leader? And more questions than sound answers. 

And if he lost, the system would have been rigged. And if he wins, is the same system still rigged? And what are the myriad of issues on which he will turn his bullying, lack of sensibilities, misogyny, racism, missing proclaimed business acumen and hate? Is this all a joke? Please tell me it is. Pretty Please?!
