Resigning, quitting, walking out. When you do it with style, with notice, with class and gratitude, people are more apt to respond in kind.
In that, you may find the feedback and positive reinforcement you hadn’t previously received. Or perhaps you had, but not from as wide an audience.
Do you want others to feel this way? Or is it more valuable to give good feedback, specific and random, to teammates and beyond, as you go?
